Systems Administrator

We're looking for a system administrator skilled in SharePoint and Power Platform Solution with strong development expertise to design, implement, and maintain collaborative business solutions to help us revolutionize our client's business tools.

As a Systems Administrator on our project, you'll configure, manage, and maintain SharePoint environments. You will design and deploy dashboards that deliver real-time KPI tracking and operational insights and integrate external systems. You'll utilize Python to process, clean, and analyze datasets for advanced KPI reporting and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint, Power Platform, and integrated systems. You'll train end-users and create documentation for solutions and processes.You'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management.

Your system administrator expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You'll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint

• 2+ years of experience developing dashboard solutions such as Power Platform, Qlik, or Tableau

• Experience integrating SharePoint or Power Platform with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Service Now, or Atlassian

• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling

• Ability to use Python programming for data processing and KPI analysis

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Information Systems field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Microsoft Graph

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Data Factory

• Experience in business process automation and KPI development for client deliverables

• Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills

• Microsoft Certification such as Power Platform App Maker Associate, SharePoint Administrator Associate, or Data Analyst Associate Certification

Clearance:
