Product Manager - Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable cloud-based web applications and services using React, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Leverage your expertise in MVC patterns and frameworks (Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or similar) to architect efficient and maintainable code.
• Design, write, and execute automated tests using PHPUnit and Cypress (or Selenium) to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Contribute to story writing, estimation, and sprint planning within an agile development environment.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, business, and production teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Integrate with various APIs, including internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Master and champion new technologies and tools as needed to meet evolving project requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in React (or similar front-end library), PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of MVC patterns and experience with an MVC framework (Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or similar).
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) and experience with document databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 5+ years of relevant development experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience with Containerization via Docker and Orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Experience with Laravel Livewire and AlpineJS.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with automation tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Experience connecting to Wrike and other application APIs such as Box, Slack, and Quip.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $83.70 to $93.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
