Assistant Manager, Brand Communications

As an Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the Running Brand Communications team, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to execute impactful marketing campaigns. You will contribute to the development and implementation of multi-channel activations, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all platforms. Your expertise in product marketing and passion for the sports industry will be essential in driving consumer engagement and achieving key business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product and event marketing activations.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral and toolkits.
• Become a product expert, managing product ordering and promo forecasting.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the target consumer and competitive landscape.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses to assess campaign effectiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sports or product marketing, preferably within the sporting goods industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Background in project management, brand management, communications/PR, or marketing operations.
• Proven expertise in complex working ecosystems.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.32 to $29.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
