Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You'll work closely with creative teams, channel partners, and project management to ensure seamless campaign execution across all channels. Your strategic thinking and leadership will be essential in driving impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative briefs based on insights and provide strategic direction to creative teams.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, web, video, and social media.
• Provide strategic marketing recommendations to meet business objectives.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Effectively communicate with channel partners, planning managers, and project management throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Provide constructive feedback on creative work and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Contribute strategic input to content development.
• Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Advise partners on resource allocation and prioritization.
• Stay informed about advertising and media platform trends.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong account management and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
• Strong relationship-building and team leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Proven ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership or team lead experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.34 to $69.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
