What you'll do

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Web Marketing Manager to support the execution and continuous improvement of Docusign's global web presence. This role will drive continuous optimization, ensure timely initiative execution, will be an expert in website best practices and can effectively communicate with stakeholders within a fast-paced organization. In this role you can expect to be executing on daily content entry in our CMS Contentful for 17+ regions, deploying experiments and implementing personalization on our most visible web pages.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Manager, Web Marketing Operations.

Responsibility

  • Review and update web content daily

  • Prioritize and execute multiple competing projects ensuring consistency with brand strategy and business objectives

  • Assist in triaging all new tasks for the website operations backlog, and work with stakeholders to gather missing information and requirements when needed

  • Scope and deploy projects together with the Product and Program Owner and work on documentation to deliver fully defined tasks to the development team

  • Understand localization best practices and translation workflow tooling

  • Work with production team to answer CMS troubleshooting questions, be the first line of defense for review before we share with stakeholders

  • Plan and lead meetings with cross-functional teams

  • Update and maintain WebOps process documentation

  • Deliver projects on time ensuring business requirements and web standards are met

  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to test and validate hypotheses, ensuring continuous optimization of the website

  • Build scalable processes and workflows that enable rapid execution and cross-functional alignment

  • Optimize existing processes for scalability, recognize opportunities for improvements, and be a key Web stakeholders for marketing web technologies being implemented or enhanced

  • Write and maintain consistent documentation; reserves time to ensure Confluence is up to date

  • Possess a deeper understanding of Contentful's content model and information architecture, collaborating with engineering to ensure all new and updated modules meet internal WebOps requirements for scalability and velocity


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years related experience
  • Familiarity with content management system (CMS) platforms (Contentful)
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools and systems (Google Suite, Atlassian Suite/Jira, Slack, and Zoom)
  • Familiarity with website content localization and CAT tools (like Memsource/Phrase)

Preferred

  • Experience owning the execution of the global web marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and driving key initiatives to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills
  • A detail-oriented approach to content management and an ability to also keep an eye on the big picture
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and team-focused environment with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams on multiple timezones
  • Uses advanced functional capabilities to complete both routine and non-routine work
  • Able to effectively advise less experienced team members in their work
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, managing timelines, maintaining standard SLAs and involving contributing stakeholders at the right touch points to deliver experience on time
  • Humble ambition, with a consistent drive to win
  • Sees and understands patterns and appropriately connects the dots
  • Ability to take on stretch assignments and complete these to the standards expected

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $112,800.00 - $175,000.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
