Leisnoi Enterprise Solutions, LLC (LES) is a wholly owned company of Leisnoi, Inc., and has an immediate need for a Project Manager with additional skills to manage LES's various projects. This position will assist the IT Project Manager in the execution of cross functional projects across multiple agencies and departments. The ideal candidate will learn and demonstrate knowledge of the company, including tooling, partners, governance, and frameworks. LES is currently experiencing a large amount of growth, and this position comes with an exceptional growth opportunity.
Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to):
- Assisting IT Project Manager with plan design to meet specified goals
- Adhering to project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Coordinating resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members by communicating schedules and individuals' responsibilities
- Day-to-day employee communication, questions and issues
- Managing tasks to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Attending various meetings with clients, partners and subcontractors
- Assisting IT Project Manager with writing proposals for opportunities
- Regular communication with IT Project Manager on the status of projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- PMP Certification is preferred
- 1 to 4 years of experience in roles related to project management, such as business analyst, product manager, or project coordinator
- Ability to identify, initiate, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to manage small projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking capabilities
- Skills to recognize need for training, guidance and mentorship of the workforce
- Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and learn how to apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and explain technical issues
- Organization and time management skills to keep project on track and within budget
- Resource planning and task scheduling skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle various issues that occur during project completion
