Coordinates activities within areas of responsibility, assists in overall budget monitoring, promotes communication and positive public relations both inter-departmentally and intra-departmentally. Monitors quality assurance to meet hospital set standards, assist areas of responsibility to become self-managing units. Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are met.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field AND three (3) years of facility/engineering experience, with one (1) year of supervisory experience OR Associate's degree in engineering or related field AND five (5) years of facility/engineering experience, with three (3) years of supervisory experience OR - High school diploma or equivalent AND seven (7) years of facility/engineering experience, with five (5) years of supervisory experience. 2. Valid Driver's License. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: 1. Related experience in a healthcare setting.
