·         Prevent Service Gaps: Proactively manage fiscal risk and develop predictive spending models that sustain financial health, even amidst economic pressures. 

• Act as a Key Pillar of the County’s Safety Net: Collaborate with county, state, and federal partners to develop funding strategies that advance our shared goals and protect our most vulnerable residents.
