Purpose of Position

The Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for performing all kitting operation activities. Continuously maintaining accurate records of kitting while developing good relationships with internal customers and teammates. Responsible for performing tasks involved in receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment to Work Centers. Maintains responsibility for accuracy of inventory balances and locations. Maintains high internal customer satisfaction with efficient and complete service and support.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Prepares, issues, and kits materials based upon the Work Order Bill of Material (BOM) and/or Customer Order requirements according to work instructions and departmental guidelines ensuring continuous workflow and adherence to the production schedule.
  • Verifies that the issued materials match the BOM (Bill of Material) picklist required to manufacture the product on the shop floor.
  • Promptly notifies Kitting Lead or Supervisor of any physical inventory discrepancies, mislabeled components, missing components, or other inventory inaccuracies.
  • Process orders through ERP system.
  • Inspect incoming items to verify condition and quantity received.
  • Maintains accurate inventory balances by reviewing stock levels against established levels or material demand.
  • Research all inventory-related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in the inventory system.
  • Responsible for the fulfilment of Urgent Requests and resolving all Internal Discrepancy Reports assigned to the department.
  • Set and maintain a schedule and follow standard work practices while tracking progress, and set plans to support requirements and changes.
  • Handle company equipment properly, follow written driver safety rules.
  • Accountable for the control and distribution of documents and/or equipment subject to export control restrictions and the security of FSI materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of FSI products.
  • Provide backup and support for Material Handler.
Minimum Education
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum Experience
  • Three (3) years' experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Syteline, Fastpic, Windows, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Word
