The BRITE Project Manager is a thoughtful leader in the development and change management activities of large-scale, multi phased IT system projects from the design phase to enterprise wide implementation. Through clinic and field expertise gained as a Facility Administrator, this position is responsible for driving results between Product or IT and clinical teams, as the subject matter expert and project leader, to the end user experience. This position requires strong clinical knowledge to effectively represent end user needs. This position reports to the Director/Sr. Director (Team BRITE) within the Product Team. This position will work remotely to be a liaison between teammates in our clinics and the Product or IT teams. This person will examine clinical systems to work on improving and making suggestions to improve our systems. Qualifications: Must have worked as a Facility Administrator for at least a year at DaVita Need to be adept atchange managementand challenging the status quo Strong clinical knowledge to represent and improve end user interests on key Village applications Tech savvy individual with an interest in problem solving Leader in development and change management activities of IT projects Able to work remotely with limited travel required Ability to support multiple projects, proven multi-tasking skills What We'll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour For location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
