PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $84,300-$103,000 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

BENEFITS

Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.   • Optimize Branch Operations:Monitor service levels, analyze performance reports, and adjust staffing to meet member needs efficiently.
  • Champion Community Engagement:Build brand awareness and foster relationships within your local community to drive membership and growth.
  • Inspire Sales Excellence:Set high standards for service and sales, recognize achievements, and coach through challenges to elevate performance.
  • Manage Budgets Wisely:Collaborate with leadership to manage branch budgets and ensure responsible financial stewardship.
  • Build Strong Partnerships:Cultivate effective relationships with team members, members, business partners, and property managers.
  • Ensure Compliance:Lead your team in adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while staying current on training.
  • Oversee Facilities:Serve as the primary contact for facilities management, ensuring the branch meets BECU's environmental and brand standards.
  • Hire Top Talent:Partner with Recruiting to attract and onboard exceptional team members who align with BECU's values.
  • Be a Knowledge Resource:Maintain a broad understanding of Credit Union operations to support your team and members effectively.
  • Foster Communication:Promote open dialogue across departments to support collaboration and shared success.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement:Champion process enhancements and service quality initiatives to help BECU reach new heights.
  • Adapt and Contribute:Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the branch and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
  • Minimum one year of leadership experience required.
  • Minimum four years of experience in a sales, retail or banking environment required.
  • Comply with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial institution experience preferred.
  • Training, mentoring, and sales skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
