This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. This role will lead and manage complex projects and services related to specific initiatives. This role involves acting as the project lead for the implementation and maintenance of large-scale, often national projects. It ensures seamless integration between various departments, Blue Plans, customers, vendors, and other business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and facilitate initiatives, adapting to shifting priorities, identifying opportunities and solutions, and ensuring deliverables are met while staying current on industry trends and applying learnings to initiatives.Apply effective project management techniques, including organization, tracking, communication, risk identification, and solution implementation, while creating and maintaining necessary documentation and assessing programs' information to inform decisions.Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and leadership, synthesizing implementation status, identifying risks/issues, and reporting results.Interface proactively across business units to support workgroups, develop related materials and communications, participate in cross-functional teams supporting initiatives, deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers, and assist with strategy development and implementation.
Qualifications Education
