Maintenance Planner and Contractor Integration Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibility: The Maintenance Planner and Contractor Integration Manager position is a Maintenance Management position that, once fully trained, is capable of successfully supporting maintenance, environmental, and production needs for parts, services and equipment. This position is also responsible for managing and directing all interaction with contractors

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with vendors for all assigned contractor repairs

• Assist stockroom with order issues

• Enter all E-Maintenance work-orders for contractors

• Responsible for contractors ISN compliance

• Manage the competitive bid process

• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders

• Assist Maintenance MLS clerk when needed

• Contractor Safety Liaison

• Write daily requisitions needed for plant operations

• Match purchase orders with requisitions

• Integrate/ coordinate contractor work with maintenance staff as needed

• Responsible for scheduling all contractors

• Communicate professionally with all levels of Management

• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Planner and Contractor Integration Manager position should possess the following:

• 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance or related technical field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Previous experience managing contractors and projects, preferred
• Strong safety and performance record
• Solid leadership/people skills
• Strong attention to details
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or associate degree preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
