Clinical F2F Specialist Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing attached documents in HCHB and locating an encounter that will meet F2F qualifications according to CMS guidelines and AccentCare compliance team's guidance.
  *Communication/guidance to the branch about F2F needs and (specifically and accurately) what is needed to clear F2F (time frame, all source of notes, current primary dx, recode options, etc.). This communication is both in coordination notes and in email/teams' communication (branch preference).
  *Leads weekly touchpoint meetings with assigned branches to discuss unresolved accounts and possible solution paths
  *Participates in weekly regional calls for branches and can speak authoritatively about accounts and give best guidance to branches about resolution
  *Touches all newly coded accounts within 48 hours and all other accounts at least weekly

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• High school diploma
  *Minimum one year experience in home care, hospice, or medical service setting is required.
  *Prior use of EMR (HCHB) preferred
  *Understanding/prior experience with F2F preferred
  *Experience in dealing with a variety of customers in healthcare settings
  *Working knowledge of home health diagnosis coding, home health plan of care requirements preferred
