About this Role - Custodian

We are looking for a Custodian who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, conference rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairways of assigned buildings on a consistent basis.

What You'll Do

- Sweeps, mops, polishes, and strips floors in rooms and hall

- Washes interior and exterior windows

- Dusts and/or polishes furniture, blinds, and equipment

- Cleans restrooms and fills dispensers

- Vacuums, spot cleans, and/or shampoos rugs, carpets, and furniture using commercial-type vacuum cleaners and shampooing equipment

- Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor

- Stocks area with appropriate supplies

- Moves furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required

- Washes dishes or utensils as required

What You'll Bring

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques and standards

- Skill in using cleaning product and equipment

- Skill in following verbal and written instructions

- High School Diploma. Education beyond High School would be preferred

- 1-3 years of custodial or cleaning experience

- Work Hours 2 PM - 10 PM

- Sitting | Standing | Kneeling | Bending

- Lifting up to 30 lbs
