As a Lead Technical Specialist, QA at Baxter, you will apply your analytical mindset to swiftly pinpoint risks and explore opportunities for innovation. Your agility and proactive attitude enable you to maintain composure in challenging situations.

• Assist Lab Supervisors with daily operations and identify areas for productivity and efficiency improvements
• Coordinate training, audits, and proficiency program testing
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures
• Lead quality system-related activities and perform monthly audits
• Provide coaching and mentorship to lab personnel to improve efficiency
• Maintain and review Test Services Documentation and Agile Change Orders

• BS Degree with 5 years leadership experience preferably in a test laboratory environment or AS degree with 10 years of experience in a test laboratory and 5 years of leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Resolution conflict management
