Job Summary

Fishbeck is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll develop compelling, brand-forward design solutions that enhance our proposals, marketing, and firmwide communications. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and creative vision to elevate Fishbeck's visual standards beyond routine production work.


Primary Responsibilities




  • Design proposal graphics, covers, layouts, and visual storytelling elements that differentiate Fishbeck in competitive pursuits.



  • Create firmwide marketing and communications materials, including print collateral, digital campaigns, video graphics, and presentation design.



  • Partner with the Graphics Team Leader to introduce fresh design approaches and best practices.



  • Provide video editing and motion graphics support for project spotlights, service line features, and internal initiatives.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with firm goals.



  • Manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.




Minimum Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.



  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an A/E/C, professional services, or corporate environment.



  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).



  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and technical execution.



  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.



  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure.



  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms.
