Finishing Technician

• Use hand tools, sanding materials, and body filler to prepare bicycle frames.
• Apply spray primer coats and sand surfaces for base coat preparation.
• Maintain high attention to detail to achieve quality craftsmanship.
• Communicate workflow or process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
