JOB TITLE: Team Manager, Brand Ambassadors

REPORTS TO: National Brand Director

LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ

This role will be based in Phoenix and will cover the Greater Phoenix Metro. The role will provide support to Tucson & northern cities such as Prescott, Sedona & Flagstaff.
Periodic (oversight) support of Las Vegas.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for developing and executing localized marketing campaigns that directly support sales efforts in specific regions by way of managing a team of Brand Ambassadors and working closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with regional sales goals

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages a team of Brand Ambassadors to drive trial, brand awareness, brand loyalty, and ultimately sales
  • Planning, budgeting, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives across various channels like retail locations, trade shows, and community events
  • Team management: Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, assigning tasks, providing training, and overseeing their performance in the field
  • Sales collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to identify local market needs, prioritize target accounts, and ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to consumer pull
  • Collegiate marketing: Provide marketing support to select colleges/universities by introducing products at key moments in and around the campus community
  • Metrics and reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of field marketing campaigns, including lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI, to inform future strategies
  • Local market analysis: Understand local market dynamics, customer demographics, and competitor and collegiate landscape to tailor marketing strategies accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Brand Ambassador or Marketing Representative in the beverage or similar industry
  • Ability to display dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate marketing teams
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training ability
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must live within the defined geography for the region
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
