Job Overview: As a Production Blancher/Brine Operator at Seneca Foods, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing plant's production process, specifically in the preparation of beans for canning. This position requires proficiency in both blanching and brining operations, where you will operate and oversee the equipment to ensure not only optimal quality but also efficiency in both the blanching and brining phases. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
