A Brief Overview
The US LBM Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting to guide strategic and operational decisions.

Pay Rate: $75K - $90K annual.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

• Track and report on key operational metrics and their financial impact.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate projects, investments, and business initiatives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and forecasts/budgets.

• Assist in developing pricing strategies by analyzing product cost structures and market conditions.

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, valuation, and reserves for excess or slow-moving items

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management on business performance.

• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Experience Qualifications

• 1-3 years Experience in a financial analysis role.

Skills and Abilities

• Good analytical and mathematical skills.

• Proficient computer and financial modeling skills.

• Strong understanding of various ERP and reporting systems required.

• Knowledge of statistical measurement, mathematics, and computer applications is essential.

• Computer literate in current software and financial analysis software.

• Proficient with database entry and query software.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills detail oriented.
