What You'll Be Doing Your primary focus will be on accurate data entry of check information into internal systems. Depending on the team assignment (Retail or Wholesale), your day may include: * Digital Check Entry: Manually enter deposit amounts, names, dates, and other details from scanned check images into the system. * Mail Sorting: Organize bulk mail deliveries and route them to the correct staging areas. * Wholesale Lockbox: Open incoming mail and enter high-value check data using 10-key entry. * Retail Lockbox: Use automated mail-opening machines to process high-volume, lower-value checks. Top Skills You'll Use * 10-Key Data Entry: Speed and accuracy are key. * Attention to Detail: Spot errors and ensure data integrity. * Time Management: Stay organized while handling repetitive tasks efficiently. What You Bring * Previous experience with 10-key data entry (required). * Experience in a financial services or banking environment (preferred). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.). * High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus Experience * Prior work in retail banking or lockbox operations. * Understanding of financial regulations and internal policies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
