Your Impact:

As a Senior Manager, you will lead high-performing engineering teams in developing impactful Cybersecurity Enterprise. You will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, empowering your teams to solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional customer value.

What the Role Offers:
  • Lead and mentor multiple software development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and quarterly objectives.
  • Drive execution of large-scale programs, balancing technical excellence with business impact.
  • Champion engineering best practices, secure development standards, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, QA, and Security to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
  • Navigate ambiguity and change with resilience, guiding teams through evolving priorities and technical challenges.
  • Cultivate talent by coaching team members, fostering career growth, and building a diverse and inclusive engineering culture.
  • Influence architectural decisions and long-term technology strategy in alignment with enterprise cybersecurity goals.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong technical background in full-stack development (Java, Angular, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (Python, Go, React, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Deep understanding of secure software development lifecycle practices and cybersecurity protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, PKI).
  • Experience managing on-premises and SaaS/PaaS product delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
  • Hybrid role; must be able to work out of our Provo, UT office.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $144,200.00 - $236,900.00; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
