Job Summary

Assist in the coordination and management of the daily operations of Employer Services and Healthwave. Responsible for planning and coordinating HealthWave activities and employer relations. Promote Lakeland Care as a resource and provider of health management programs for business and industry clients.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinates health and wellness programming including, but not limited to, scheduling and coordinating events.
  • Communicating and collaborating with employers and customers.
  • Conducts wellness education classes/services as needed for corporate clients and members including, but not limited to, health presentations and behavior change programs. Supports accurate reporting by tracking class and other related data.
  • Assists with front line phone calls, daily mail and email -- follows-up accordingly. Reporting and data entry tracking.
  • Assist with Health screening activities and cross train in varies of areas such as CPR & First Aid instructor, Hearing testing, Respirator fit testing, Spirometry, Phlebotomy in addition to new services to offer as needed.
  • Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • 6 months of relevant experience and/or successful completion of phlebotomy training program.
  • 1 year of relevant experience working within a health care environment or in worksite health or an applicable community outreach or health and wellness setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross within 90 days.

Preferred

  • Associate's degree
