Thompson Research Farm - Northern Missouri Research, Extension, and Education Center (NM REEC) Job Description
The Northern Missouri Research, Extension and Education Center (NM-REEC) seeks an Agriculture Associate II. This position will be located at the Thompson Research Farm in Spickard, MO. The Agriculture Associate II will assist with coordinating the duties of farm workers/subordinates and making work assignments according to the requirements provided by managers and faculty. May assist in sampling and inspection of fertilizer, or other farm program components. Skilled experience with cattle is a requirement and shop experience and mechanical abilities are preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

M-F;40 hours per week. Some nights and weekends required. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with care and management of cattle is required. Shop and mechanic experience preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $14.80 -$25.84 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
