Proposal Specialist - Diagnostics

Walter P Moore is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative Marketing team in our Diagnostics group. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator with a strong background in proposal development and A/E/C marketing. You will play a key role in leading RFQ/RFP pursuit efforts across multiple market sectors and offices. In addition to the qualications listed below, this individual will possess a strong "can-do" service attitude.

Lead the development of high-quality, deadline-driven proposals and qualication packages, from kickoff to
• Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and rm leadership to develop strategic and compelling content tailored to each pursuit.

• Maintain a strong understanding of rm differentiators and client value propositions to support message development and positioning.

• Develop and maintain project stories, resumes, and boilerplate content in alignment with brand standards.

• Provide quality control and editorial oversight of marketing collateral and proposal materials.

• Participate in and support go/no-go decisions and pursuit strategy
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of interview presentations and other shortlist
• Coordinate with the CRM/data team to maintain accurate pursuit records and content

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related eld.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in A/E/C proposal development or professional services
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication
• Strong prociency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
