Staffmark is hiring a Bench Jeweler for a direct-hire opportunity in Smyrna, TN. This role is perfect for a skilled jeweler with a passion for precision and quality, providing excellent service while repairing client jewelry to the highest standards.

Pay & Schedule



  • Pay: $22-$26/hr (based on experience)
  • Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



Responsibilities



  • Repair and service client jewelry while ensuring quality and timely turnaround.
  • Maintain safe accountability of gemstones, diamonds, and metals used in repairs.
  • Perform approximately 20 repairs per day to meet production goals.



Skills & Qualifications



  • 2+ years' experience in jewelry repair, including sizing, chain repair, prong/stone setting, stone tightening, shank work, polishing, and finishing.
  • Proficient in using a microscope and reading instructions for accurate repairs.
  • Willingness to train others and share expertise.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a bench test.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of invisible set repairs, production work, laser engraving, and laser welding is a plus.
