SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs across the organization. This role conducts job evaluations, assists with salary surveys, monitors compensation data, and supports incentive and stock plan processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform job evaluations on new and current job profiles as submitted by the HR Business Partners, ensuring accurate grading and classification within the company's compensation framework Assist with completion of external Salary surveys Calculate and record the 30-Day average stock price Monitor various reports for Compensation related data and log in appropriate tracking tool Track quarterly incentive certifications for reporting to Incentive Compensation Committee (ICC) Track acceptance of Incentive and Stock Plan documents Assist with Annual Risk Assessments Process Assist with distribution of Non-Grid Incentive and Commission Plans Create compensation spreadsheets as needed for stock, merit planning, and other projects Document and maintain procedures related to compensation responsibilities Cross-train in related responsibilities to provide backup support as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education: Degree in a related field required or equivalent work experience Certification: PHR/SPHR or CCP preferred Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Compensation Skills: Exceptional organization, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Ability to analyze, collect, and communicate complex information.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Completion of New Employee Orientation Annual compliance training Additional training as determined by the Director of Compensation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, either seated or standing at an adjustable desk Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds May require occasional extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend meetings or training sessions

Professional business office environment: appropriate business attire and demeanor required Must work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills When on-site, the role will utilize shared office space within a temperature-controlled facility For remote or hybrid employees, a secure and distraction-free home office is required, with a reliable internet connection (cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable) Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings
