Job Summary
Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team in various capacities, while gaining experience that can be applied directly to future career opportunities. You will gain exposure to recruiting activities, including scheduling, references checks, sourcing top talent, posting jobs, and revising job descriptions.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, including posting requisitions, coordinating, and scheduling high-volume interviews (phone, video, or onsite interviews)
- Update and manage candidate information and interview status in Ceridian Dayforce, our applicant tracking system
- Support process improvements and projects for Talent Acquisition and across HR
- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites
- Provide research support to the recruitment team, including market or salary data
- Assist the talent acquisition team with new hire orientation
- Assist with processing temp to perms, promotions, and transfers.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changing requirements/deadlines/situations.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and adequate automobile insurance.
