Job Description

Location: Charlotte, NC (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within a 2-hour commute of ORC's Charlotte, NC office)

What You'll Do



  • Assist with the development, testing, and deployment of robust applications using Angular, Typescript, Node, and SQL.
  • Help with unit testing, repository management and pipelines such as continuous integration.
  • Collaborate with the CIO, Software Manager, technical team, and business stakeholders to deliver on prioritized development initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues quickly to maintain momentum on critical projects.
  • Integrate systems using middleware solutions and APIs.
  • Incorporate AI/ML features where they can create meaningful impact, focusing on practical, scalable and secure solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices in agile environments.
  • Proactively learn and apply new tools, frameworks, or technologies as project needs evolve.

Minimum Requirements



  • Minimum of (5) five years of full stack development experience

    • Must include hands-on experience in Angular, Typescript, Node, and SQL.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and electronic databases
  • Must own an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC systems


Bonus points if you have working knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts and models, proficiency in Python, especially around data analysis, and/or UI/UX design experience!

Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff.
