The Global Program Owner - Sales Enablement will take ownership of managing and optimizing our sales enablement platform, working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the platform. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of how to drive sales performance through technology and data. With 3+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will be proficient in sales enablement platforms like Highspot or Showpad and excel at aligning these tools with broader business objectives. Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support global sales teams in achieving their goals. This includes understanding sales needs, setting clear objectives for the platform, and ensuring its alignment with overall business strategy. Platform Ownership: Serve as the global administrator for the sales enablement platform (e.g., Highspot, Showpad), overseeing all aspects of its configuration, content management, and integrations with other systems like CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms. Content Management: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that relevant, high-quality sales materials (presentations, case studies, datasheets) are easily accessible and up-to-date within the platform. Guide the creation and curation of sales content based on regional needs and buyer personas. Training and Onboarding: Lead the training and onboarding of global sales teams on how to best use the sales enablement platform to improve efficiency, drive engagement, and ultimately close more deals. Develop ongoing education programs to ensure continued platform adoption and proficiency. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and platform usage data to generate insights on sales performance, content effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Create dashboards and reports that measure key metrics (e.g., content utilization, engagement, deal impact) and communicate findings to sales leadership. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of the sales enablement platform within the broader sales ecosystem. Ensure alignment across teams for consistent messaging and streamlined processes. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest sales enablement technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Continuously refine the sales enablement process to increase platform adoption, improve user experience, and optimize ROI. Lead other sales and marketing initiatives as needed, dedicating 20% of available time to Project Management activities
Travel: Up to 10% (If Applicable) Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales and marketing project management. 2+ years of experience with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Showpad, or Seismic, with the ability to configure and manage these systems for optimal use. 1+ years of experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating sales enablement platforms with marketing automation systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, including buyer journey mapping, sales cycles, and the development of high-impact sales content. Proven ability to generate and analyze data-driven insights, with experience creating and presenting dashboards and reports to senior management. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, influence, and collaborate with global sales teams and senior stakeholders.
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Annual Salary Range: $71,900 - $91,700. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
