This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $19.55 to $23.47/hour.

Position Summary:

The dishwasher is responsible for assisting with the set-up and break down of the buffet tables and wait stations. The dishwasher is also responsible for washing dishes, utensils, pots and pans and for maintaining the kitchen area in a clean and orderly fashion. The dishwasher will also assist in putting away deliveries as assigned by the supervisor.

The Parkview is a thriving senior living community consisting of 86 assisted living units and 19 private memory care units. The Parkview is a close-knit community that helps seniors enrich their lives and helps foster a sense of comfort, security and self-confidence. Eskaton's dietary department offers desirable shifts on a regular weekly schedule, and our teams work together to prepare and serve gourmet meals for our residents in a collaborative, welcoming and positive environment. Our dietary staff also get to enjoy their evenings as shifts are finished by 8:00 PM.

Qualifications

Education:
High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.

Training and Experience:
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
