Tessera's Rotational Administrative Intern is a 6-month internship designed for early-career professionals or students exploring career pathways in administrative business functions. This immersive experience allows interns to shadow and work across six core departments: Finance, Operations, People (HR), Workforce Development, Business Systems, and/or Marketing/Communications depending on strengths and interest. The program includes structured weekly objectives, mentor support, and multiple site visits to give interns hands-on exposure to real-world work environments. Interns will finish the program with a better understanding of their career interests and the skills required for various administrative and operational roles in mission-driven organizations. This is a temporary position and is not expected to exceed 6 months.
