Summary

The Training Implementation Specialist is responsible for facilitating Benjamin Moore training and development efforts to drive continuous, sustainable learning for our sales force and retailers. You will collaborate with our reps and independent retailers to support development of critical skills and knowledge. We commit to developing you as a professional and as a business contributor who can deliver top notch results.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities

    Implement training and development programs for Benjamin Moore Field Representatives in subjects including but not limited to selling skills, customer service, product knowledge, application, and retail best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement customized training programs for key, strategic customers.
  • Lead live and virtual training events in line with learning objectives and delivery standards.
  • Work with local field sales representatives and sales management to develop product training plans to support new accounts and businesses.
  • Utilize available systems & technology to facilitate improved reporting and communication with internal customers.
  • Partner with market leaders to conduct annual assessments and quarterly reviews for reps and customers to build and measure training and development plans.
  • Monitor outcomes and effectiveness of business plans and contributing activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with Market Sales Leadership to ensure alignment on plan(s) and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with the training development group to build training programs.
  • Make limited changes to training content to ensure relevance to the target audience.


Qualifications

Required Skills & Desired Knowledge:

  • Minimum of five years' work experience in sales or training
  • BA/BS college degree preferred, or equivalent industry business experience.
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and deliver technical content.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and group presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize and develop live and virtual training seminars.
  • Consultative, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Understanding of retail operations and sales strategies, preferred
  • Excellent PC (MSOffice, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel three to four days a week.
  • Ability to work evenings & weekends when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Conduct the physical set up and execution of paint applications.

*Ideal candidate will be provided a fleet car



Pay Range

USD $86,900.00 - USD $111,300.00 /Yr.
