Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
 Analyze leases, contracts, title opinions, operating agreements and legal documents to calculate owner's division of interestAnalyze title documentation and update/transfer record title ownership internallyAnalyze and process accounting directivesResearch new operator setup informationAnalyze and resolve quality control reportsResearch and resolve discrepancies related to division orders received for internal company owners against system and prepare for signature by management or escalate for review by othersCure title defects as requiredResearch and resolve complex quality control reports, decimal discrepancies and title issuesAnalyze acquisitions and divestitures and perform all necessary division order analyst work Required Qualifications: 
 Minimum 5 years land industry experience, 3 being in Division OrdersProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteIntermediate knowledge of Division Order practices and policies and can apply that knowledge directly to your daily responsibilitiesProven examples of identifying solutions to division order related issues and suggesting process improvements to increase effectivenessExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven analytical skills in reviewing documents to summarize informationProven research skills with regard to reviewing multiple data sources to find specific information Preferred Qualifications: 
 Bachelor's degreeExperience working within Land systems and applications such as: SAP, Quorum, Drilling Info and Service NowAbility to operate both independently and as part of a teamAbility to effectively communicate information to and work with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated integrity in work product and in dealing with coworkersStrong attention to detail and flexibility regarding workload and priorities Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
