To provide remote or onsite technical support to operations staff, customers, and 3rd party organizations in the maintenance and support of electronic technologies, networks, and software applications deployed.

Essential Functions

  • Performs technical support.
  • Provides input to the isolation and resolution of component, network, hardware, and software problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Associates Degree/equivalent in computer technology, engineering technology.

Minimum Experience

Requires two(2) years experience in technical support, systems engineering or development of advanced electronic, microcomputer, and/or telecommunications systems environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 75 lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight over 75 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person.

Able to operate vehicle in compliance with established policies and practices.

Good communication skills.
