Job Summary:

The Treasury Analyst I is responsible for the management of the Travel and Expense program and daily Treasury operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the Concur expert (SME) and primary program administrator
  • Specialize as the Concur analyst for all research and inquiries
  • Lead system or process automation projects, testing, and implementations
  • Support any expansion related activities, including market/state expansions and act as liaison between CareSource and vendors
  • Corporate credit card program management and point of contact with banking partners
  • Create and submit all month-end T&E journal entries in SAP and prepare payroll file for reimbursements/deductions
  • Process daily/monthly bank statements
  • Audit expense report exceptions and PCards reports
  • Liaison for internal audit on all information requests for quarterly and annual audit and provide process support for MAR guidelines; maintain annual adherence with no deficiencies
  • Develop training materials, including the Talent Development courses for new hire onboarding
  • End user training sessions on any program changes and responsible for resource documentation publication
  • Provide technical support and company policy guidance to internal end users
  • Perform spend analysis to identify cost savings opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and renewal pricing based off of annual spend analysis; $50K in annual savings minimum
  • Establish standardized reporting of Treasury data and support ad-hoc reporting requests
  • General Treasury mailbox administration
  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide support for the Treasury Management system (TMS)
  • Cross-train on other cash management functions and serve as back-up to other Treasury team members
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a finance or treasury-related field is required

  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including judgment/decision making, and the ability to work effectively with others at all levels

  • Demonstrates analytical/problem solving skills to perform a variety of complicated tasks
  • Possess critical thinking/listening skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable of internal control framework

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range:
$53,400.00 - $85,600.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
