Sustainability is an important part of Munters' business strategy and value creation.We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where our employees are valued members of the team and are given meaningful projects to work on. 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:30 am JOB SUMMARY: Operate automated seal mold, Cut, Splice and glue seals safely and efficiently to produce a quality product that meets specifications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, load and operate equipment to make seal material. Cut, Splice and glue seals Maintain and clean machines before and after shift Ensure raw materials are ready and available Perform preventative maintenance procedures Use gauges to qualify product conformance. Perform random test to ensure accuracy Maintain quality log Fill out quality traveler. Troubleshoot equipment and make machine adjustments as required to maintain quality standards and process conditions. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Experience operating equipment Knowledge of Rotor manufacturing techniques and processes Ability to obtain forklift (license) Ability to learn how to properly handle overhead cranes safely Experience with operating handheld tools Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision Ability to read simple engineering drawings ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain Quality Standards Perform all duties in a safe manner; support all safety and environmental rules and environmental initiatives. Participate in Lean initiatives to provide ongoing continuous improvement ideas for products, process, and procedures Assist and train other employees when necessary JOB QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma or equivalent Experience or exposure to lean concepts Must be willing to work long hours, overtime and weekend as required Effective team player Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
