Position Summary:
The Employment Services Coordinator implements the process of determining individual's eligibility for services, assists with the application and enrollment process, and supports on-going efforts to maintain eligibility for participants. The Employment Services Coordinator partners with internal and external colleagues, agencies, and other constituencies to identify participants who might benefit from these services.

- Eligibility and Enrollment: Coordinate and provide all aspects of the determination of eligibility and enrollment for individuals to receive services. Educates individuals and families to the array of benefits, assessing eligibility, and providing support as well as advocacy in the enrollment process.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain complete, accurate and timely documentation of individuals served by following established applicable procedures, guidelines, and laws, as well as organize and report essential information on a regular basis to support program and organizational goals.
- Case Maintenance: Provide necessary support to ensure on-going eligibility is maintained during services.
- Outreach: Engage in outreach and recruitment strategies to optimize enrollments and retention for the program.
Job Pay & Perks:
- Pay range: $25.24 - $37.04
- This is a scheduled-hybrid role whose essential functions require work to be conducted at a physical location, which may include a GESMN or partner facility, at least two (2) days per week. The remaining days can be worked from the employee's home office or a designated community setting as directed by the manager.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of public benefits programming
- Ability to work well with individuals with diverse backgrounds and across cultures
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and ability to accurately track and enter data into multiple databases
- Knowledge of data privacy requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Adaptive and open to change and flexibility within job
- Preferred Qualifications:
o Knowledge of public assistance and workforce related programming
o Experience with Workforce One
Prior Experience & Education:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
