We are seeking a Logistics & Account Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and logistics of brewing and food co-products from breweries to farms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. A Sample of What You'll Do in This Role: Create and maintain schedules for pickups and deliveries. Coordinate with trucking dispatchers to manage loads and resolve issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to address resource conflicts and improve efficiency. Update teams on product fluctuations, pricing, and market insights. Manage contracts, billing information, and documentation in MS Dynamics. Support business forecasting, budgeting, and expense management. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers. What You Bring to The Role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in account management, logistics, or scheduling. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. What Makes You A Great Fit: Knowledge of the brewery, dairy farm, or trucking industries. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Google Workspace. Ability to collaborate, think critically, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Compensation & Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $67,700 - $90,240/yr. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
