What You'll Do: Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.) Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success What You Bring: Background in construction, or framing is highly preferred. Detail-oriented with strong mathematical and analytical skills - comfortable working with blueprints and calculating loads. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, collaborative team.
