Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and HR Generalistsupport for the Human Resources Department.



Responsibilities

* Facilitate and manage office duties, including maintenance and ordering of office supply inventory,
office supply organization, employee file maintenance, filing, typing and other clerical support duties as needed.
* Maintain Associate areas: hallway and bulletin boards; update regularly with creative, visually appealing and
relevant information to assist associates. Monitor required postings as needed.
* Greet applicants and provide them with information regarding the employment process. Conduct basic pre-screening of applicants as directed by HR Manager.
* Conduct New Hire Orientation
* Assist with preparation of New Hire Materials for Onboarding & Orientation
* Attend job fairs
* Assist in ensuring HR files are in compliance with audit standards
* Maintain central filing for common forms and replenish HR forms inside and outside the office.
* Assist in administration and execution of various Omni programs.
* Assist in planning & execution of associate events.
* Attend and participate in regularly held meetings such as required.



Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Human Resource experience and/or related degree preferred.
* MUST have strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (HRIS experience a plus)
* Must be a self-starter and able to successfully complete projects with minimal oversight.
* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
* Promote a welcoming atmosphere in the HR office.
