What you will do:

• Learn various roles of the production area.
• Operate machines such as scissor lifts and high-speed cutting saws.
• Sort, label, and store materials.
• Verify work orders.
• Count and pack a specified number of shades per hour.
• Adhere to safety protocols and production standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude with a strong dedication to providing quality work.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with cutting tables, metal, and textiles is preferred.

Physical Demands and Environment:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels from production machinery.
• Occasional computer work.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday; 6 am - 2:30 pm, 30 min lunch.
