Hardware Installer/Delivery

American Fork, Utah

Delivery Driver: Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering doors, trim, and hardware to job sites and ensures products are handled safely to prevent damage, verifies delivery accuracy, and obtains necessary signatures. Assists with loading/unloading, maintains vehicle cleanliness, and follows all safety and traffic regulations. Provides friendly, professional customer service during deliveries.

Hardware Installer - Installs and adjusts door, closet, and bathroom hardware such as handles, locks, hinges, tracks, and fixtures. Ensures proper alignment, smooth operation, and secure fastening while following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. This reliable team member assists their team when needed and is committed to safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load or unload building materials and components as assigned.
• Move or stock materials in a safe fashion as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow specific instructions of direct supervisor.
• Assist other yard or manufacturing associates as required by location management.
• Operate equipment in a safe manner.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required. Prior experience in manual labor-intensive positions preferred.

COMPETENCIES

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to follow explicit instructions.
• Ability to lift up to and including 100 lbs. repetitively.
• Use tape measure other basic equipment as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

• Subject to primarily outside locations with potentially extreme temperature and weather variations.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds frequently.
