Summary of the Job: The Associate II, Operations is accountable for operations support for various functions including Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit. About This Role: Complete timely manual reviews of Consumer Loan files to assure quality data integrity standards and Government Guidelines are attained. Communicate effectively with other department employees to reduce errors and identify potential Regulatory Risks. Coordinate, review and follow-up to all Retail Banking surveys. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: 5 years Retail Banking Experience Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $62,047.00-$102,377.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
