As a Technical Analyst - Plant Systems, you'll play a key support role in maintaining, enhancing, and deploying technology used in our plant and operational environments. You'll work closely with senior analysts, end users, and technical teams to troubleshoot systems, implement improvements, and assist in technology rollouts across multiple areas, including Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality Assurance, and Logistics. This role supports cross-functional plant system needs and may involve occasional travel for deployments and training.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • System Support & Troubleshooting: Support plant operations by monitoring and maintaining technology systems. Respond to service issues, troubleshoot system errors, and resolve operational disruptions under the guidance of senior team members.

  • System Deployment Assistance: Assist in system implementation efforts, including configuration, user testing, documentation, and training. Support infrastructure readiness and help coordinate with plant and IT staff for deployments.

  • User Training & Documentation: Provide first-level user support and help train employees on new systems or updates. Maintain user manuals, guides, and documentation for supported applications and hardware.

  • Technology Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and system checks on hardware, including industrial PCs, RF scanners, barcode printers, and plant floor equipment.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving system performance, data flow, and user experience. Gather feedback and relay enhancement suggestions to senior analysts.

  • Travel & Collaboration: Participate in on-site support at manufacturing locations as needed to assist with deployments, audits, or system upgrades.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of relevant IT or system support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of system support, troubleshooting, and ERP platforms like SAP

  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to quickly diagnose issues and adapt to new technologies and changing priorities

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support cross-functional teams and end users

  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel occasionally for system deployments and on-site support
