Customer Service Representative - Banking Support! Description: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will engage with customers via phone and email, assisting them with a variety of banking-related inquiries. These may include questions about checking and savings accounts, online banking access, and foundational banking services. You will be responsible for understanding and adhering to call policies and procedures, performing account transactions, and striving for first-contact resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries related to bank products and services via phone, email, and digital channels (e.g., chat, social media). * Assist customers with troubleshooting issues such as logging into online accounts or understanding account features. * Perform accurate account transactions and maintenance activities. * Identify sales opportunities and refer clients to appropriate sales associates. * Stay up-to-date on products, services, policies, and procedures. * Resolve inquiries related to loan products and escalate complex issues as needed. * Aim for first-contact resolution in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
