MUST RESIDE IN WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (W2 ONLY) ******************** ON-SITE (NO HYBRID OR REMOTE) The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers "post-issue" (annuitants with an establish policy), performing address changes, change in funding decisions, any other related tasks servicing and annuity. High call volume is roughly 50+ calls a day. Work Environment: 100% onsite position (no exceptions) Monday-Thursday: 8 hour shift (8-5pm) Friday: 8-1pm or 12-5pm Responsibilities: * On the phone 90% of your shift scheduling * Strong attention to detail, professional written/verbal communication * Strong Emphasis on Customer Service, soft skills, quick learner/self-starter * Previous phone experience is helpful (will be handling inbound/outbound calls) Qualifications: * Talk to people on the phone and answer emails to help them with questions or problems. * Give clear answers and help solve problems in a friendly way. * If you don't know the answer, you'll look it up using your computer and figure it out. * Provide accurate documentation after each call so your coworkers know what's going on. * Multitask between multiple computer systems Nice to have: Prior life insurance experience is preferred but not required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
