Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Malabar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for identifying and documenting quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Facilitates the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of the company's products.
  • Leads the preparation and execution of internal audits within established manufacturing and production controls to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications and standards.
  • Liaises with auditing groups and inspectors to develop formal written reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identifies trends in discrepancies and collaborates with process owners on refining and optimizing business processes.
  • Oversees testing department activities and the work of inspectors.
  • Reviews, approves, and controls work order flow tags.
  • Develops inspection techniques, tools, and supplemental inspection instructions in support of standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Participates in supplier corrective and preventative actions, including customer escapes, process nonconformities, supplier corrective actions, customer and change control, and material review board meetings.
  • Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks.
  • Communicates with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information.
  • Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines.
  • Works to achieve operational targets that impact team results.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30.00-35.00 /hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Length: Temp (6 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 months of experience in implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Soldering training/certification
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO9001/AS9100
  • Knowledge of MES is helpful
  • Technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.
  • Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge.

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
