Staffmark is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family construction projects across Louisiana and Mississippi.
This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company where your leadership and technical skills will make an immediate impact.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family construction
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting job specs
  • Skilled in operating construction equipment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willingness to travel for project sites across LA & MS
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • OSHA certification
  • CDL license



Position Details



  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
  • Monitor project progress and report updates
  • Enforce compliance with safety and building regulations
  • Maintain clear documentation and site records
